Hi guys ! I have a panasonic tc58dx800 and tv turn off ( even if the auto turn off is NOT on )
Hi, Which auto turn off setting are you referring to as there are two? Eco Navigation Menu Press [MENU] > Setup > Eco Navigation Check the “No activity for 4 hours” setting as well as the “No signal for 10 minutes” setting. Select “Stay on” for both if you do not want the television to turn off automatically. Timer Menu Press [MENU] > Timer Check the “No activity for 4 hours” setting as well as the “No signal for 10 minutes” setting. Select “Stay on” for both if you do not want the television to turn off automatically. Update (01/18/2020) Hi, Is the TV actually turning off or is the screen just turning black with the TV still on? Have you checked that the time out settings above are still the same and have not reverted back for whatever reason after the TV has turned off i.e. timer and eco settings still all set to stay on? Here are some suggestions to try and isolate the problem, to see if it is in the TV or if it is being caused by an external device Try viewing photos using the TV’s Media Player option which allows you connect a USB flash drive directly into the TV Here’s a link to the user guide, Scroll to p.81 to view the procedure. If it works OK this way without turning off then there may be a problem with the Apple TV settings. Also have you checked the SIRI remote settings? Open Settings on Apple TV > Remotes and Devices > Turn On Your TV with Your Remote. If it still turns off when viewing a photo direct from a USB drive, if the TV is connected to the internet check if the TV firmware is up to date. (see p.181 in manual)
