Second, if that isn’t it, while you are inside it, make sure that there are no loose, damaged, or completely disconnected connections. It’s on the back of the motherboard right behind the micro SD connector @sporkyman schematics are not yet readily available. Unless somebody has taken a measurement, it’s going to be up to you. Looking at the termination of the traces etc. I would go ahead and measure the caps right next to the broken one. Get a handful of those and replace the broken one with one of same value as the adjacent cap....
Chosen Solution When I went to remove the home button, the ZIF connector accidentally came off of the board it it attached to. Where can I get a new ZIF connector for the board and I assume it needs to be micro-soldered to the board? Yes it will need someone skilled in microsoldering to replace, I wouldn’t recommend DIY-ing that repair. You can send it to a company called VCC Board Repairs....
Chosen Solution Hi, recently my 3DS has stopped working, or at least I assume so. The 3DS itself is a refurbished model from the Nintendo Store, so the quality should be alright. But with around 4-5ish months of moderate use, it just stopped turning on. I replaced the battery and tried booting it without it’s SD card but no luck. So, my only options are to return it to Nintendo for repairs or try to do it myself....
Chosen Solution I spilt coffee on my Acer Nitro laptop, sent it to be repaired as it was shutting down intermittently, was totally cleaned inside but old battery wouldn’t charge. Bought new battery but still have same problem. Laptop only works when connected to power, does not charge laptop battery. Typically liquid damage isn’t a very practical repair on any device because it can leave lots of electrical “gremlins” behind. Sounds like the charging system might be damaged or the battery circuit....
Chosen Solution HI all, I recently bought the Transcend SSD 855 480 GB SSD upgrade for my MacBook Pro retina 13” mid 2014 (A1502) My system was on Yosemite, I had reformatted my original SSD and installed Mojave on it. I replaced my SSD with the new one but it was not showing up. I also tried to run the cmd but it was not detected. I then put back the original SSD and booted up the system, connected the new SSD using Thunderbolt port and it was showing up in Disk Utility....
Chosen Solution I have a Jensen UV10 car stereo. It has been working well, then suddenly I have no bass at all, (my sub woofers don’t work as well) while the highs still work. I turned off my subs, but still only have highs with no bass at all. Everything else seems to be working as it should. Check the sub’s amplifier to see if it is still powering on. If the sub’s amplifier isn’t working, then you might be getting just highs and no lows because of the crossover settings in the UV10 or other amplifiers you have in the system....

Chosen Solution i have a scag walk behind mower with a pull start, it uses a kohler cv15 command motor. i have checked and cleaned the ground, replaced spark plug and the coil, when that didnt work i replaced the regulator rectifier and stator. with the ground off the coil i am not getting spark, have 2 new coils, one tests at 8000 and one at 15000. first time i put the newest coil on it sparked once....

Chosen Solution I recently built a new PC and got everything working, though when I turn it on with dual monitors plugged in via displayports; everything will light up and turn on but both monitors are in the “on but displaying nothing” kind of mode. As it starts up, both monitors will enter the mode mentioned earlier and then my main monitor will say “no signal”. And then my computer will sit there with everything on but I just can’t see anything, it’s like when you boot with dual monitors normally and the secondary monitor stays black until you fully log onto windows and then it’ll come on but it’s almost like the computer thinks both monitors are secondary monitors so they both don’t display anything even when I’ve had the multi-monitor settings configured in the normal windows settings for setting up multi-monitors....
Chosen Solution My phone worked fine until my Frontier internet was ‘upgraded’ to Fiber Optics. The internet and wifi work fine in my house. My cell phone does not work fine any more. People cannot hear me when I call or they call when I am in the house. Frontier won’t let me go back to my simply broadband internet which allowed my cell phone to work just fine once I had a 4g LTE Network Extender from Verizon....

I order a replacement part, the daughter board that has the power button on it and after I did it appeared to be working correctly. Then about a day or so later the power button stopped working all together....
