Chosen Solution I have 2 identical PS2 scph-50003 one of them working flawlessly the other doesn’t read and DVD video or DVD game. Reads only ps1 and ps2 CD only games. I changed the lens from one another and the working console was reading DVD while the other one didn’t. I bought another lens and it was working on the one but didn’t in the other. So lens isn’t the problem....

Chosen Solution i burned a cd a few days ago. It worked fine on my desk top and lap top. Today it won’t play at all. i can open the properties box although it does so very slowly. However sometimes i get a box telling me to drag and drop files to burn. The other cd’s in my collection all work perfectly so I know it’s not the drive. The cd is a CD-R 52x 700MB and has 250 open space....

Chosen Solution I just finished cleaning my ps4’s heat sink and fan because it had been overheating during a game, but now I can’t even get into a game without it shutting down. The fan start going very fast, then I get a message saying that it is too hot, then it shuts down. I thought cleaning was supposed to help not make it worse. Yes, @tomchai is right, you ll need to carefully measure the width number of traces and separation to get the right one, though on a common popular device like this you you can probably find the exact cable (at premium pricing) in your photo its clear that one or more of the metal strips are loose, not stuck down in their proper places....

Chosen Solution When I turn my tv on the standby light comes in but it won’t turn on Hi @jadyn , Is it a solid standby light or is it blinking in a pattern at all? If it is a solid light it may be a power problem. Check the power board for leaking or domed capacitors or for any obvious problems such as burnt out components etc..

Chosen Solution I just completed the guide for replacing my battery using an official iFixit Battery Kit and it’s not being recognized. Only powers on when the magsafe power adapter is plugged in.No battery icon appears in the top toolbar.The magsafe adapter light glows orange.My System Report says there’s no battery installed.When I plug my old battery back in, it still works and the battery icon shows up.I’ve reset the PRAM and SMC multiple times....
Chosen Solution I just got my new laptop today and after setting it up I realized there was no sound, from both the internal speakers and plugging in earbuds. I looked up guides on the internet, but everything i tried didn’t work. List of things I tried: -Reinstalling drivers -Manually installing drivers -Muting and unmuting the laptop -Checking for driver updates (it said that they were up to date) I did something that made the sound come back for a little bit, but I forgot how I did it, so I guess that rules out speaker malfunction....
Chosen Solution I recently had my ps4 pro die randomly while playing and it did not start up, no lights fans sounds anything. I purchased a new PSU and it still will not turn on at all. Which leads me to believe there’s another culprit. What could it be? Motherboard? APU? HDD? There was no power surge or anything. It simply died while I was playing, so I restarted it and it died during the checking HDD screen and did not start back up....
Chosen Solution I just replaced a lcd and digitizer on this phone. After the repair the customer noticed that the LED indicator light is no longer working and the rear camera stopped working. I haven’t had a chance to tear it back down to take a look but figured maybe someone could give me some pointers on what to look for. Chosen Solution I put my iPhone 3G back together after removing the power button, I removed it because it was damaged and then I used led to act as a solder to keep the phone in an ‘ON’ position. Only problem is that now, the phone says No Service always. Did I ruin something? Also, I have Wifi so does that mean the antenna isn’t damaged? You might have messed up the SIM card assembly, try removing the SIM card, cleaning it’s contacts, and reinserting it....
Chosen Solution I took apart my Iphone 4 and put it back togeter fine, i thought, everything works accept for the service of phone and email. MAybe the internal antenna. I am not sure where to start. start with opening it again and checking all the connections. it probably will be just loose connector. There is a small metal clip underneath the battery connection. Make sure you installed it and didn’t lose it....

Then i have to use speaker and it works then!! I reballed baseband cpu and made 2 jumpers on U1 and V1 pads and now I have a signal and everything works fine except that there is no sound on calls only. To be more precise, when someone calls me, or I call someone, I can’t hear anything in the earpiece or on loudspeaker, and headphones also doesn’t work on calls....
Chosen Solution Just picked up a used ipod touch but when listening to music i cannot turn up volume, control bar doesnt exist, ipod works fine when hooked up to a dock and there is sound coming out of the headphones. Apparently there is a bug in the first generation iPod Touch (1G) with Apple’s OS 3.0 installed. Users are unable to change the volume using the usual double-tap of the home key....
Chosen Solution Hi, we have a Omega odw717x dishwasher that doesn’t wash properly. The Cycle finishes successfully but when finished the dishes are not cleaned and the tablet is not dissolved and it’s not hot inside like before. We cleaned filters , water pumps and drains fine. When we cleaned filters and inside the filter place, it worked 2 times but it stopped working again. We opened the dishwasher from the bottom to look for a thermostat as we thought that might be cause but we were not able to find it....
