Chosen Solution My Iphone got wet. I dried it using all of the tips and tricks but it will not charge. I have disassembled it using the guides and cleaned everything appropriately. It still doesn’t charge. When I plug it to the wall charger it will come on but it will not stay on long. When I use the USB charger and a computer I get the apple symbol for a few seconds the it shuts off again....

Chosen Solution I have my Apple Watch working again. But the adhesive isn’t sticking. I followed the directions and applied heat and wrapped it in rubber bands but the screen is still coming up. Any recommendations? Thank you! TC I had the same problem on a series 2 and found the battery had swollen and wouldn’t let the screen sit down properly. I replaced the battery and all was fine.

Chosen Solution I replaced the battery on an iPhone 8 (ifixit battery) when I start up the phone, everything appears to work but after some time the phone gets hot - realy hot. I’m not sure where the heat is coming from and I don’t want to open it up again unless it’s really necessary. Hi If it’s heating up I would try a and reseat all the connectors you disconnected and clean them with isopropyl alcohol while you are there As for finding the fault so would get a microfibre cloth and dip it in isopropyl alcohol not so it’s dripping by enough Then wipe the device and see where the alcohol evaporated first as that will point you to where it’s heating up and you can address it accordingly Hopefully this helps Thanks:-)

If a telephone cable socket, unplug the base station from the cable socket and plug a corded phone into the socket and check if that rings OK when you call your number from another phone....

Replace rather than take the chance that the pump is also damaged. its best practise to as you will have another pointless large bill from a garage before the belt and anything else will need doing again....
Chosen Solution no connection. No lights. Is there a reset button? Where is it located. My printer was not listed so I selected this one. Power the machine off by pressing the power button. Then unplug the power cord, as well as the USB cable. When I use the backlight tester I see what on screen but once I remove it it becomes black. The sound works fine. Chosen Solution UPDATE 2: I discovered that the usb board cable has a possible short. Either way, with just back cover off, if I apply slight pressure against the motherboard end of the cable, the display starts working, but only for a little while during boot. Any time the display begins failing as described, a couple minutes later, nothing turns it back on except a hard shutdown and reboot. I suppose I could replace the usb board again to be sure....
