Chosen Solution Following the screen repair of an Iphone 6, iphone 5s, iphone 6 plus, and iphone 6s the screens appear to work perfectly; however, the owners of each of these phones had issues several days and in most of the phones several weeks following the repair. The 5s, 6, 6 plus all shut off and wouldn’t power on while the 6s became unresponsive to touch. I have repaired many phones before this without ever having this issue....

Chosen Solution I am using both Windows (Bootcamp installed 130 GB) and Mojave (370GB) on my SSD drive at the same time (which also my start up disk). I also have internally connected 1 TB SATA hard-disk which I use for storage purposes and I partitioned it using TUXERA NTFS by 315 GB for Windows storage and 685 GB for Mojave storage. I am now planing to upgrade Mojave to Catalina but I am afraid I might make a mess by doing so....

Chosen Solution I recently got a new fan for my ps4 and replaced and thought that would end my problems of my ps4 overheating, but now when I try to launch a game it just turns off without any warning. Any idea on what’s causing my ps4 to act up like this? indeed check your fans , the system shuts down on computers when the cpu is getting way too hot , or there is a major clog and you need to clean it

Chosen Solution I had a replacement IFixitbattery installed. The iPad worked fine for a couple of days. Now it won’t power up and won’t charge. Hi @robot4460 , Does it power up and charge OK if you reinstall the original battery? If so, there may be a problem with the replacement battery. There is a 12 months Ifixit warranty on the battery. Chosen Solution HI! My roomba 980 is only 6 months old, it will not dock to recharge and goes past the invisible walls. Its carpet boost works fine and seems to be running well otherwise. Roomba customer service sucks, they will not repair it because its refurbished (THEY sent me refurbished one after initial purchase came broken). I have recently serviced it. Any advice welcome! Chosen Solution My SL40 Camera will not turn on even with fresh batteries, is there anywhere in the Palm Springs Ca area that can repair it? Perhaps it has something to do with the connection from the batteries to the device? I would make sure the battery holding area is clear of any debris and try again. That, or you could look into the power button itself. The connection on the power button might not be getting a good enough connection to turn the device on....

Chosen Solution Can I replace the speaker easily? Looking at the teardown, it appears that the speaker is a fully standalone part that can be replaced. However ifixit does not sell any parts for it nor is it certain that the speaker is the actual issue. I have the Same problem. Actually worse, mine also stopped vibrating altogether. The vibration wasn’t steadily working from the beginning on I therefore started using the sound to catch my notifications....

Chosen Solution I have a Samsung 32 in TV that will take a will to turn on but everthing else but the AV ports work in it Johnathan Petersen that is usually caused by bad capacitors on the power board. there was a time when Samsung had issues with purchasing and installing subpar caps. It will help if you give us your complete model number and post some images of your boards with your question....

Chosen Solution I just installed a new hard drive into my system and I’m currently booting off of a USB using El Captain. Problem is, it fails to erase the drive giving me a few different reasons for not being able to but the most common one is, wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed, is there a way to get around this? Chosen Solution Just finished replacing the logic board on my iPhone 6, the old one was not receiving cel signal. All works perfect except for no touch ID. Is there any way to get it working again, just tried DFU, but it did not work. How can I get the new board and old home button working again ??? Home buttons that come with the phone are paired to the logic board so if you want touch ID to work on a replacement logic board they will have to be re-paired again which only apple does, they will not help you on that of course as that’s apple for you....

Chosen Solution edit: I just replaced my battery using the iFixIt kit, and followed their online instructions (which were great) and everything went as expected. I felt pretty confident after I was finished reassembling, but now the battery will not charge at all. I can power the Mac on with the power button, but if I unplug the Mac it immediately powers off, even after I left it plugged in all night....

Chosen Solution I noticed with shock my IPhone was at 4% and I have NO IDEA! No battery warning, nothing! I also noticed when I take screen shots it doesn’t do the flash thing or show I took one till I check my camera roll. It happens when your iOS malfunctions with your phone hardware.
