Chosen Solution So recently my A2159 MBP fell asleep and froze when I tried to wake it up. I then hard reset it and it has yet to ever boot up again. I’ve opened it up and noticed that holding the power button got one little spin of the fan and stopped. I disconnected the daughter battery cable and then the fan spins without stopping, although I’m still not booting up at all....
Chosen Solution My 27” Cinema Display only shows images at very high color saturation - this is not affected by brightness and is not changes with calibration or return to factory settings. The Monitor is primarily for processing digital photos and this inability to view accurate color makes it useless. Chosen Solution I was closing my chromebook harshley and i didnt realize one of my earphones was on the keyboard which resulted in a cracking sound and when my chromebooks off there is no visible sign of a crack but when its on theres a bunch of colored lines on half the screek and a crack that looks like i shot it with a airsoft gun what can be done about this....
Chosen Solution TL;DR: need to identify replacement part OR options for plastic tab meant to secure bottom screen’s ribbon Inside the 3DS XL there are small plastic tabs that clamp down to secure the ribbons in place. During reassembly, the particular tab for the ribbon of the (bottom) touch screen popped off when I attempted to close it. (Digitizer is fine) I cannot for the life of me reinstall it as it is ridiculously tiny, even for precision tweezers....

Chosen Solution I was replacing the screen on my iphone 6s, and accidentally turned it on while re-connecting some of the cables (front camera, screen and speaker). It smouldered a little which is what made me realize. Turned it off again, finished the install, and.. Turned it back on. The apple logo appeared before turning black. I tried plugging it in to charge, and turning it on a few times but it just turned on by itself later for a little while....

I opened the ps3 to check it out and I did not see anything wrong with it. I opened the power supply and saw everything fine. The water heater is heated by propane. when I turn the switch to ON, the propane fires, everything sounds good, however, 15 to 20 minutes later there is still no hot water and the propane is still firing. Alice, check the tank to see if it is warm when no hot water is coming out of the faucet. If it is, then the heater itself is working, and the water is being stopped or rerouted somewhere....
Chosen Solution My model is raspberry pi b. When I connect the device to the power, it starts to boot without problems, but there is a flashing yellow mark on the corner of the image. But the usb section and the network segment do not work. I replaced the power adapter and cable, but the problem still failed. There is a part called polyfuse that I tested, which seemed to be healthy....
Chosen Solution There is an additional ribbon on the new display that was not on the old display. Is this supposed to be configured in as well somehow? Otherwise I don’t see why it’s not working.? As mentioned by others, the home button has to be transferred from the original screen to the new screen as this part is serialized to the logic board. If you did transfer and it still displays the message, check the connection of the home button to the screen and the screen to the logic board....
Chosen Solution I installed a 500gb Samsung SSD in my MacBook with an Sintech adapter. Unfortunately the SSD ist not showing up if I try to install macos. I tried to check the terminal with diskutil list but there is no SSD too. What I have to do to fix this? Sounds like faulty SSD, I recommend returning it (If possible) And getting an OWC SSD, It would be better because it doesn’t need an adapter....
Chosen Solution I’m currently replacing the screen and LCD of a 6s. After replacing the screen with an aftermarket screen the screen was blank and the phone was detected by iTunes. I figured the screen was faulty and tried another, same thing. Tried one last time with another screen (3 screens total) and still nothing. Put the phone back together with the OEM screen (cracked) and then another original apple screen (also cracked) and the phone functions as usual with both....
Chosen Solution ive been working on a dell latitude e6410 windows 7 pro company laptop and i havent been able to get it to connect to the internet. it always gives me an unidentified network, no network access/ limited access message. when i went to look at the ip config info so far, ive tried resetting the ip, restarting it and restarting winsock but to no avail. i noticed that there had been a virus on the computer and so i quarantined it with malwarebytes and used jrt several times....
Chosen Solution Hi, since yesterday my MacBook Pro Retina is dead. While runnig it turned of with a cracking noise and didn´t start again. I´ve tried to disconnect the battery for a while and reconnect it again, but it didn´t help. There is no visible damage on the board. Do you guys have any idea or a solution? Thanks! My educated guess would be that you may have to have it repaired by a micro soldering expert....

Chosen Solution Fan is oscillating always and not able to stop oscillating,when the knob is pushed down or pushed up. Oscillating knob is on the top of the motor. Can you please advice on this? vishnugj , It sounds like the knob/control has either detached or broke. Check that the control knob attaching screw is snug. If under warranty return for repair,replacement/refund. If not under warranty, you can try disassembling the fan to see what the problem with the oscillating control is and possibly repair....
Chosen Solution I have replaced the lcd on an iPhone. After following this guide on ifixit’s youtube channel. https://youtu.be/9do-yk2OCoM It is shown that after applying the adhesive gasket you should apply heat and even weight. After doing so the lower left corner of the lcd was dimmed. I put the phone in the freezer and then the display looked fine. When it warmed up the display got dim again. Please help....
