Chosen Solution Powered up my imac this morning and the only keys on the wireless keyboard that work are the top row (function keys). Changed the batteries. Connected and reconnected the keyboard. It’s connected but none of the other keys work. Suggestions? Did your batteries leak? You may need to open it up to clean the corrosion.
Chosen Solution Do you have a part number and/or a upc number for the bag of gears? Looking for the small gear that goes on the motor. If you have them i would like to order a couple of them. Chosen Solution Hello, A customer has brought me an iPhone 5C for power issues. Upon opening the iPhone I can see that the screen has been previously replaced. Phone appears to be clear of water damage. The phone reboots every 2-4 minutes, either plugged in or not plugged into a charger. Replacing the battery makes no difference and restoring the phone through a DFU does not fix the issue. I have managed to locate some board schematics but have not a clue which area and chips to look at....
Chosen Solution I was given an old Power Mac G5 today. I have no idea what all is missing, I know the screws that hold down the CPU cooler. It only has one CPU, air cooler. Two led’s are on, the insert cpu one and the power trickle one. It tries to cut on, the light pulses real bright, then cuts off, then dimly lights on until reset. Chosen Solution Hi there. I have issues with the keyboard. While Im using a laptop the keyboard and touchpad stops working. The OS is working fine I can still use a mouse or use emergency shut down button (just holding power button for 10 sec). Later I restart my laptop and everything works fine again. The nearest service center didnt help and gave me back my laptop. Hope there is still some solution....

Usually the two rollers inside move out of place. First, follow the guide until you have removed the disc drive. Then see this video from the specified time until 4:50

Chosen Solution My tv tries to turn on. Red light goes out and you can see the screen turn on but stays black. Then it turns off on its own again. And cycles through that process again and again. I took the back cover off. Everything looks to be in good shape. No bulging capacitors or loose connections. As soon as I plug the tv back into the outlet it cycles itself trying to turn on....

Chosen Solution Hi, I bought a house with a Samsung RF42887HARS french door fridge and it’s not dispensing water or ice. When pressing the buttons for water or ice you hear the button click but that’s it. I recall owing a Samsung side-by-side fridge and when pressing the buttons I should hear motor running from the ice maker or a humm from the water solenoid. Chosen Solution I recently dropped my iPhone in a puddle… after it dried out it works fine except that i cannot pick up wi-fi… in settings i cannot even enter the ‘wi-fi’ tab or whatever u call it..is there anything i can do or am i just s.o.l.??? Sadly, it looks like the wi-fi is connected to the main board and probably not repairable. At the very least, iFixit does not sell a part that could fix this....

Perform a Full Power Cycle – Before we go any further, make sure you perform a complete power cycle on your printer. This is a fancy way of saying turn it off and on again. Completely shut down the printer, remove the power source and disconnect all cables. Wait a few moments, then fire it back up and see if your problem is solved....
Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery in the machine, verified all the connects a couple of times. One fan spins at full speed 100% of the time and I can’t figure out why. I tried all the standard resets too…any ideas? Likely the tach within the fan unit has encountered an issue. This could be the fan unit or the wiring to the logic board. Basically, the resistive load of the circuit is not correct....
