Completely dead in appearance Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone restarts. If not fixed. Turn OFF iPhone, carefully open iPhone and reseat LCD Display Flex Cable Connector #1. If not fixed. Turn Off iPhone and try to reseat Connector #1 one more time....
Chosen Solution Bought a faulty PS4, can’t remember the fault but I changed the power supply, blue ray drive and even did the washer trick. So after all that it was working fine for a while. Now however, it powers on but not getting any signal to the tv. The blue light stays flashing and the console feels quite warm too. Any suggestions??? Chosen Solution I had a broken Screen so attempted the fix myself. New screen works fine. All was working than suddenly trackpad and keyboard stopped working (bluetooth and display port dont’ work either). I tried SMC reset, PRam reset. Replaced trackpad ribbon cable, Restored OS. Onboard Diagnostic shows Trackpad and Mouse error. All cables are properly connected. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? This seems like a stupid obvious easy fix....
Chosen Solution when connect to the power internal led blink once then touch the panel to power up the unit nothing happen. I have checked the power adapter by using multi-meter and it’s reading was 18.3v( adapter back side marked as 19v) It’s an easy fix. You have to disassemble speaker from bottom, remove screws, etc. Remove sensor ribbon and replace with a new one. I hope this helps you....

I bought an OWC Envoy Pro with USB and I put the old SSD in it. Connected it to my new MacBook via an Apple dongle and… nothing. The case has a light that flashes at a regular interval (~1s), but nothing comes up....
Chosen Solution The phone screen alternates between flickering in a light magenta shade and displaying vertical lines. Phone is completely usable, just now with shades of color tossed in the mix. Sounds to me like a damaged LCD cable, but I haven’t taken it apart yet. I’ve worked with electronics repair, just not iPhones. Point me to a guide? You may need a new screen or take the screen off and examine the connection cables of the ribbons and mother board....

I got them used from a friend Hi This one sounds like a dodgy connection If you dismantle the headphones and look around for any dodgy or suspicious connections ,try reseating them if they have a connector,if not try reflowing them with a soldering iron and if you see a worn cable try putting some flux on it and flowing some fresh solder into it to help restore the connection If the damage looks bad or if any bare metal will touch each other I would recommend replacing the part If you need any help please let me know Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)

Chosen Solution after adjusting the position of the screen it will stay lit. This sounds like a loose connection either within the lid or on the logic board. Did you get your system wet spilling something onto the keyboard or sit the system down on a wet surface?

Your files will be okay and all you need to do is to replace your LCD. Here is a decent video about how to do it or you can probably find someone close to you that can fix it....
Chosen Solution Hello fellow techs, I have an Alienware 14 I got in 2014 that’s had no problems till now. There seems to be a coating of some sort on the touchpad that has recently started to scratch off. I’m away that I could replace the entire touchpad surface, but I was wondering if there is a way to reapply the coating that covers the touchpad sensor. Any insights? If the coating is something that peels off piece by piece, not only will taking the existing coating be a huge pain, there is almost no chance of getting a legitimate Alienware touchpad coating, as it is something very specific....
Chosen Solution My watch will not charge when I put it in the charger and I’ve tried buying a new charger Jason Kinder if this is still the original battery, it is time to replace that. It is most certainly at a point where it no longer accepts a charge. Use something like this video to replace it.
