Chosen Solution I’ve got p20 pro with completly smashed screen, it was turning on. There were vibrations and sounds like normally, just screen was black. I was sure it was damaged, beacuse it was shattered, so I changed screen and nothing changed. Screen stays black while charging, turning on, but I can hear that phone is working. I have no idea what to do… Try a soft reset: Press and hold the Power and Volume down key wait ’til it restarts....

Chosen Solution I had my iPhone 5s replaced today, I took it to a small shop where they said they would fix it. When I got back to the shop my phone was work but appeared darker then normal, once I left I realised the screen looked raised and all of a sudden it turned off and restarted.. It then stayed stuck on the apple logo and then went blue or red and restarted again....

Immediately i got it, I plugged it and my lights went off, and the TV didn’t come on, later was told it had to be used with a step down, got one and still TV didn’t come on. Chosen Solution This laptop won’t turn on with power button but will turn it off, Also noticed power button doesn’t light up, I turned it on by shorting the power board connector underneath keyboard Any help would be much appreciated Sounds like you need a new power button. Chosen Solution Hi there! We have a custom video game that uses Nintendo Wiimotes paired to a Dolphin bar. The game runs on a PC. It is a racing game where the speed of your horse is controlled by quickly moving the Wiimote up and down. We have had significant problems with the accelerometers failing. I made sure to only purchase genuine wiimotes and over a 2 week public campaign we had at least 10 controllers stop working....

Chosen Solution My PS4 controller blinks orange 3 times then dose nothing it dose’t take power either Try a reset. Put a pin in the reset hole in the back for 3 to 5 seconds then connect the controller to the ps4 with a USB cable and turn it on. Sounds like it is low on power or needs the battery replaced.

Chosen Solution My ps4 is super loud opened it up and removed alot of dirt and dust but still extremely loud is there a way I can replace the fan or maybe get it quiet without replacing anything3 Hi,Since you already have cleaned the fan my suggestion would be if you keep the ps4 in a confined space then to move it to an place with more ventilation and if possible to stand the ps4 vertically....

Chosen Solution I will be watching my television and all of a sudden the on/ off light will start flashing and the screen will flash between being blank and Samsung Smart TV continually. I am unable to turn it back on unless I unplug it for awhile. It has been happening once a day for the last few days and twice tonight. Have you by chance checked the timer. You can find it under settings on your remote....

Chosen Solution My TV suddenly lost all the backlights. I have audio, Nothing inside looks burnt. I did a wiggle test on all the connections inside. Are there fuses? What do they look like? I added some pictures, again, nothing looks burned. Which board powers the lights? Update (02/08/2018) I have added pictures. Again, nothing appears to be burnt. The power lights in front come on, and I have sound so I don’t know if it would be the power supply board....

Chosen Solution My i phone 6 is saying no service and also searching for signal, it also randomly comes back, also when i bang it a little while resetting it. Im to afraid to do anymore of that and i tried resetting network, taking out sim, hard reboot, and Im pretty much at a lost. When the signal disappears, go to Settings>General>About and see if you have a modem firmware or imei noted in the list....

Chosen Solution When I plug in my JBL Charge 4, it lights up and acts like it is charging. However, once I take it off the charger it dies immediately. The even bigger concern is that when I play music the speakers crackle and sound muffled. I think the battery may have died, maybe the speaker relies on it so without it the speaker sounds worse as well? Sorry, I’m not a expert, but I thought I should say something, its either the battery, charging port, or board is the reason for the battery not charging....

Chosen Solution Just installed new battery and it isn’t working. (3/14/20) Plugged in the computer works. Unplugged and power says 0%. Used the IfixIt directions as well as a YouTube video, went back and reinstalled and still nothing. Please help? What does the onboard battery tester tell you?

Chosen Solution iPhone 6 needs a screen replacement. When the new screen is installed it took several boots to get a display. After getting a display, i come back to the phone about 2 minutes later and i just get backlight. Tried rebooting, still only backlight. tried again, got LCD picture. The same process has to be repeated to get any kind of picture on the screen, But then shortly you only get backlight again....

Chosen Solution the screen does not turn on at all, but it takes pictures and does everything, lcd is newly installed and the screen still does not come, what is the problem on the motherboard? Make sure the LCD cable is installed the correct side up. Also, double check that you lined up the ribbon cable into the connector and pressed down the retention tab. If that still doesn’t work, your cable which connects the LCD to the board may be damaged....

Chosen Solution I’m trying to repair an iMac 21.5” (Mid 2010) EMC 2389. It has two symptoms: (1) When I press the power button, it chimes a few seconds later, then the backlight lights up on a grey display, then the backlight goes dark immediately (a half-second later). If I shine a flashlight at the display, I can see the Apple logo as it’s trying to boot. (2) When the iMac tries to boot, it shuts down after about ten seconds....
