Chosen Solution After a bios update my laptop stopped to boot up. The fans are working the caps lock light is on however the screen is black. I have tried to hold the power button for 30 secs, tried also to press F2 repeatedly after the power on and repeated the same procedure with F12 on another time. But none of the above have worked. Losing that amount of charge overnight may indicate that it is failing to hold its charge and needs to be replaced....
Chosen Solution So I’m having trouble with a late 2011 MacBook Pro; Model 1278, the hard drive went out so I decided to upgrade and got Crucial MX500 250GB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD - CT250MX500SSD1Z and I put 16 gs of ram from OWC. Now I did have to replace the Hard Drive Connector since the old one was also bad. Made a USB bootable installer for High Sierra and used disk utility to get the New SSD ready for a clean instal by erasing everything....
Chosen Solution I bought a ps vita 1001 OLED used off a used classifieds app. Without a charger. went and bought the AC adapater (that you plug the USB cable into) and then and went bought the insignia Playstation charging kit which includes the ps vita cable. Pluged it up the orange light comes on and stays on while plugged in. I press and hold it. Doesn’t turn on. Light is not “blinking” like others claim....

The Galaxy A5 2017 uses a AMOLED display and these are very fragile. Unlike LCD displays they do not survive cracks in the actual panel and when they crack, they die. You will have to replace the display. Samsung does sell spare parts, so you can get your hands on a original display and the original adhesives for mounting the display on the phone....

Chosen Solution Ok. I’ve cleaned the carb (extensively), even put on a new one. Changed the oil, cleaned the fuel lines (all), new air filter, new spark plug, cleaned the gas tank, new fuel, everything I can think of. All gaskets are present. There is no fuel filter on this model. Throttle and choke checked. No gas leaks, no oil leaks. Any ideas? (Same thing is happening on my TROY built weedwacker also-weird)....

Prime Atl , Remove the battery, look at the metal contacts and clean them with a pen eraser or Qtip dampened with 90% or better Isopropyl Alcohol, blow out any dust debri with canned compressed....
Chosen Solution my sound just quit! i have trouble shoot and nothing seems to correct the problem. very frustrated!!! Was the speaker crackling or sounding weird before going out? It sounds like the speaker may have died if it worked before. One thing you can try, is to back up all of your data, and then do a factory reset on the device to see if that helps.
Chosen Solution The left wire on my headphones may have gotten pulled a bit as I am no longer able to get sound from the left side. Is this something that is repairable or worth opening them up and taking a look? These are out of the manufacturers warranty. If you have a dead side when connected with a cable, you’re going to have to open them up. A solder connection probably failed....
Chosen Solution I tried SMC reset, opened up the 2011 21.5” iMac, reconnected the power cables. I only see LED #1 turned on that indicates power. I reseated the CPU as well and even replaced the CMOS battery. Doesn’t turn on - No fans spinning, no chimes / sounds and no display. What could the issue be? How do I find out what’s gone wrong? A few questions: Could a bad GPU prevent it from turning on?...
Chosen Solution Yes it had the problem yesterday but it turned on eventually, today the same thing and now no picture only when i shine the flash light on the tv screen i can see pictures jesseholt123 this is most likely a backlight fault. You need to check the power board to see if it does supply the proper voltage to the backlight array. If it does the issue will be a failed backligbt array....
Chosen Solution I’ve replaced the motor, drivers side switch and passenger side switch. Passenger window will go down but not back up, have 12v both sides of switch, if I reverse plug and use the down button window will go back up but never with up buttons even though they have power wth?
