Chosen Solution The cord on my laptop got pulled too hard and took out the pin from inside along with it. I’ve already opened the case so the warranty is void. I just need to know what I need, and how to fix it. It still makes contact to power up the machine, but the battery isn’t being charged. Hi @nurarockway , Seems as though there are two problems. Firstly, as you say the centre pin of the DC-In jack has broken off, then the jack will have to be replaced as it cannot be repaired....
Chosen Solution How to turn off predictive text Mark Chauntry , I do not have a Blu Studio, but you can try this go into Settings , Language & input , Android keyboard settings, Advanced settings, un check (next word prediction). Chosen Solution I’m working on this ps3 that has a ylod but I cycled it a few times and now It turns on and I get display but just a grey screen at 480p. I did do a gpu reflow which got it to turn on and stay on now but before I wasn’t getting display. Do you think the gpu is bad and is their something else I could check....

Chosen Solution i recently installed a pioneer car stereo deh-x6810bt. i bought the connection adapter and connected all the wires correctly. when playing the radio, everything seems to be working just fine, but when i plug in using a auxiliary cable, i only get sound out of the right front and back speakers. the left front and rear, no sound. a little frustrated. any ideas? It might happen for couple of reason… It might b problem with aux cord… Or problem with faulty aux port… Or another is… In setting the speaker balance might be off… It need to be ‘0’…

Chosen Solution hello i have replaced the charging port on my ipad mini 3, on inspection the port was faulty 2 pins touching, the port has been re-replaced but it wont charge, i can see a few darkened caps around the pm ic but they check out ok. please help try a second port before moving onto possible board failures. If its not the charging port, try using a new charger....
Chosen Solution I think something is wrong with the sata interface on this laptop. Tried 4 hard drives and none of them worked. not detected in bios. Can someone help me out? Did you reset the BIOS back to defaults? It could be drive locked to the old drive. Another option is to update the BIOS to the latest version. I’ve seen SATA cable failures but port failures are extremely rare unless you’re adding and removing drives often and accidentally damaged the interface....

Chosen Solution I set my laptop password as 4 numbers. When I use the MacBook keyboard to type said 4 numbers, the laptop doesn’t accept them even though the numbers are correctly typed. When I use a mechanical USB keyboard, the same thing occurs. However, on the USB keyboard if I use the numpad on the right side of it, then for some reason it accepts the password. I have checked if the keys work, and the keys all type correctly....

Hi, Try using a set of earphones with the microphone attachment to check if you can be heard when making or receiving a call. Alternatively try using the phone in loudspeaker mode (hands free mode) to check if you can be heard when on a call. If you can this proves that the voice transmission circuitry in the phone is OK and that there is a problem with the phone’s internal microphone or perhaps the voice inlet hole located on the bottom edge of the phone may be blocked either by a phone case (if the phone is in a case) or with lint etc....
Chosen Solution The phone’s browser does use a lot of battery but no that much. I would recommend changing the battery and see if that helps. Make sure you buy a battery that you can return.
Chosen Solution I bought a new battery yesterday for my Samsung Galaxy S3 and it wont charge why? its coming on half way then blanking off The parts relating charging include charge cable, USB board, battery and motherboard. So you can check from the the charge cable or charger. You have changed the battery, so you should check the USB board next.
Chosen Solution My iPhone 6 was working fine up until yesterday which was when I noticed my screen kept freezing and glitching(.multicolored lines flickering on the screen )then I would simply press the power button once to switch it off the back on again and it would work fine again for a moment or two before freezing again so I hard reset it and the problem was fixed . However this morning when I woke up I turned on my phone to check the time and I could see the backlight was on but the screen was black and there were short grey horizontal lines along the bottom of the screen ....
