If it says iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes then you need to restore the iPhone which will wipe all data, only way: https://support.apple.com/en-au/ht204306 how long is it disabled for? you can wait it out or you can connect to itunes and see if you can update it only so you can save your if it doesnt allow you to update you will need to restore it....
Chosen Solution I bought my TV from My Grandma to help her out, and when i hooked it up to my PS4 Pro it started Flickering and Jumping, im not entirely sure what is going on as i had my PS4 Pro hooked to a 4K with No issues. the other ports are not operational. When i turned on the Sound it is so distorted and primarily just makes pink noise/ white Noise....
Chosen Solution My wheel is not scrolling, it does not roll freely, although turns when touched, but has to be pushed through. It also does not scroll the page even if I rotate it It sounds like something has either jammed inside next to the wheel, or the wheel had popped out of its centre mount on one side, that could explain the being off centre also. You might be able to fix it....

The screen turns on normal but does not respond to touch at all and had a message saying Apple detected “non genuine” parts. I could not figure it out so I put the old screen back on to see if it fixed the issue and the cracked screen worked as normal....

Thanks @ogundu make sure that you have a good power outlet and that your power cables is good. Next check on the power board fuses with a multimeter to see if you have power going to your board. If so, then you may have an issue with your button bar....
Chosen Solution done this repair as normal. ive been fixing phones for 4 years now and i got this iphone 6 that has no signs of life ie; doesn’t vibrate when charging or when mute is toggled or when touch id reads wrong finger. only sign of life is it is detected by iTunes. i done everything correctly, did not mix up the screws tried changing the battery, and charging without battery plugged in with no luck....
