It sounds like you either have a dud battery or the connection is loose. I would start by disconnecting the battery and cleaning all of the connections before you try anything else. As far as seeing if it is a dud, you could use a multimeter to see if the battery will hold a charge at all....

Chosen Solution E showed , blinking yellow light and makes stuck sound, will not print on paper Push the “black copy” button (as you would to get a copy) then hold the “power” and “cancel” buttons (both pressed at the same time) for about 8 seconds then push the “size” button wait a few seconds and it should work again.

If so, are you running a custom ROM such as cyanogenmod?Random reboots are primarily attributed to ROM or kernel problems. Have you installed a custom kernel? I am having the a similar problem. But after extensive trouble shooting trying CM and few other roms I found the problem is hardware related....

It’s a little older, which generally seems to have disagreed end with most options recommended one around 2 years old. Upside for me is I can use this for free which greatly helps. Chosen Solution This laptop does not have an optical drive, but it looks like it still has the cut-out on the side (See image). I looked at some of the disassembly images, it seems like there’s just some space where an optical drive would have been. I have an Xbox one wireless controller adapter which I keep connected to an usb port most of the time. The dimensions of the cut-out looks like the wireless adapter can easily fit in there....

Chosen Solution I replaced my DLP lamp as it was making a crackling sound. The new lamp does the same and will not light up either. I can see it firing but not lightiing. @ged52 sounds like the lamp was not your issue. I would suggest that you check the ballast and maybe can listen closer to where the crackling comes from. Check the voltage to the ballast. It should be about 280V....

Chosen Solution I am not able to power on my Samsung grand neo phone. When tried to power on ,the screen goes blank after displaying the"" Samsung grand neo plus & “powered by android” screen . Chosen Solution Had the battery replaced and now all the photos I have taken prior to this no longer show up on camera roll or under photos icon. Are they still there and can they be retrieved? Chosen Solution It was a combination of being unable to read all the number plus how the ‘frame’ wa attached. Seems anything attached from the aluminum frame from inside the iMac was pulled loose by the wires. So my display is dead black. Chosen Solution Hopefully it attached here… Hi @jonascox , Looking at the washer clutch kit, part #15 (16 &17) - Motor, basket and Tub parts diagram it does appear to be worn so it wouldn’t be engaging properly. Parts 15, 16 and 17 are all part of a clutch kit and now all have the same replacement part number even though the original part numbers shown appeared to be different. I don’t know why this is....

Chosen Solution Ok, here we go. So I’ve had my PS4 for about two years now, and it’s only started giving me grief recently. Essentially, I can be doing anything, from playing a game to downloading a game, when without any warning whatsoever, the console will turn off. I can immediately turn it on again, with no boot up issues whatsoever (aside from a couple beeps and a message telling me not to suddenly turn the console off)....

Chosen Solution My screen is frozen, can not turn off or on. Try holding power and volume down or up in combination and keep holding it for about 15 seconds or so and it will force a reboot. Let the Kindle run dead and let it sit, may take a while but should eventually run out of battery, there for resetting it (without losing information). if all else fails you could take the back off and remove the battery, if it is internal you could pry the middle section apart and get to the internals, Disconnect the battery and let sit for an hour....

Chosen Solution For the past couple of months my calculator has not turned on sometimes when I press the “on” key, even though it’s fully charged. Also, it may not turn on one time, but an hour or two later, it would work like normal. Does the RAM clear when it turns back on? If so, take off the battery cover and check that the battery is not loose.

Chosen Solution So I’ve been buying and fixing 3DS hanhelds off of ebay for a few monthes now and it’s been going pretty well, until one of the three handhelds I bought started giving me trouble. with everything put back together it will not power on, at first I thought it was a dead mobo but after buying a new one through ifixit it still won’t power on( there is a very brief blue light but it goes away almost instantly) I have tried the same motherboard in my test handheld and it works perfectly....
