Chosen Solution I had just posted this under Samsung A50 because there wasn’t an option for A30 but upon posting I saw a link to questions for A30, so I’m posting in the right place - my apologies for posting under A50, there really wasn’t an option for A30 there. Chosen Solution I was having problems with phone dying early, saying the battery was fully charged when it wasn’t, and randomly shutting down. I opened my iPhone 6 and notice the battery had swollen up. I bought an ifixit battery kit for my iPhone 6 I installed it with no problems, but when I attempt to start it up the phone was unresponsive. Chosen Solution Hi there, I have an old MacBook A1278 (2008?) Running Ubuntu. The screen connector seems to be loose. Is that correct? What do you think should I do in order to fix it? Chosen Solution it wont connect to the internet it have been 1 month and nothing my friends ps3 can is a slim tho i have tried factory restarting it and nothing all im getting in error sign wise is “ps3 access point not detected” On Network settings go to custom then when you get to Upnp disable this setting! I tried everything the internet offered nothing worked until I disabled this....

I arrived back an hour or so later to hear it had been switched off at the wall and turned back on by accident by my parents. Chosen Solution When I plug my charger in the first light blinks white 3-4 times then stops then I go to turn it on and it blinks red 3 times and then nothing else happened. I’m confused and don’t know that to do now. go to a repair shop and ask them how many amps the device takes if it is too low ask them to replace the charging port or your power brick doesn’t take enough power so get a 1000 wats brick...

Chosen Solution My ps3’s On and off button is damaged so it is not switching on plz help First, make sure you have power to your console. Check that your power cable is plugged into a working outlet, and also into the back of your PS3. There is a Main Power Switch right next to the socket for the power cord on the back of the PS3. Make sure it’s toggled so that the “O” is down and the “I” is up....

Chosen Solution When I charge my controller the light comes on but when I take it out and check the battery it’s like it never charged it always dies instantly. Batteries changed Hi @mickbelanger , Try using a digital camera or the camera in a mobile phone to test if the remote is working OK. Point the end of the remote you usually point to the TV at the lens of the camera and while looking at the remote though the LCD screen of the camera (or phone) press any button on the remote....

Chosen Solution I was listening to some music then my speaker turned off. Thought maybe I need to turn it off or charge it. I charged it that night. Then nothing the red light on the side was on. Chosen Solution My tv stays on for around 20 minutes then turns off and wont come back on for 20 minutes I changed two of the boards and still same thing @lcjson you are not giving us a lot of information to work with. You do need to tell us what model this TV is and what boards you replaced as well as why you replaced those. The most common issue the way you describe them is caused by bad capacitors....

Chosen Solution when I buy a new battery from here is it really new is the charge cycles high ? Phil manwarren that is a question the volunteers on this forum can’t answer. You want to direct the question to the ifixit staff on here.

Chosen Solution I’ve looked through old forums and all they said was to reset to PRM or SMC. I’ve tried both several times with no luck. When I first got the new battery, it wasn’t charging, but after fiddling with the cable, it charged up to 23%. However, I unknowingly unplugged it and it went down to 8%. Now, it’s slowly decreasing and it’s at 5% now. And the magsafe won’t turn green....

Chosen Solution Put a new LCD/Digitizer on my friends phone. I’ve replaced 15+ iphone screens, and this one has me stumped. Screen looks good, but no touch. Re seated the digitzer cable, and still nothing. Any suggestions? Take a look at the connections on the phone side and screen side under a microscope and make sure none of the connections are damaged.. Sometimes if you put too much force or push the connectors too far you can damage a pin… It also could be a defective screen… the screens on ifixit are the best quality on the internet… If you could post some photos I don’t mind helping you further....

Chosen Solution samsung un60j6200af The unit powers on as evidenced by the red light, but there is no picture or sound. Any guess as to what may be defective? Found it in a dumpster and looking to see if it might be a cheap fix. Thank you. @jamboy could be a few things. My very first check would be the power board. You will have to open up the back on the TV and check the fuses on the board as well as checking for bad caps....

Chosen Solution Hello after changing the glass of my iphone comes out I try to no sevizio, sometimes it works for 2 hours. the antenna cable is damaged will be what the problem or the baseband? and not have menu carrier but the phone have imei !! Did you try to make a network reset? Simply in settings>general>reset>network settings. It will reboot and then you can go back into settings>general>about and check if you still have IMEI and Baseband....
