Chosen Solution I do know that this is an old thread, I now have the exact same problem with a 4S. I’ve tried 2 different batteries (one new, and one from another working 4S) with no luck. Also I’ve exchanged the dock connector. Has anybody come to a conclusion on this problem yet ? Update Thank you Mitch for the ideas. The problem started “over night”, and as many others it turns on when plugged in wall (but restarts after some minutes)....

I brought my laptop in to have the screen replaced due to de-lamination and they broke and replaced my logic board. I’m guessing there might be something off with the new logic board because I’ve never experienced this before....
Chosen Solution So I just got a PC delivered after a few weeks of waiting (its an international shipment) and when I held the box, I heard some rattling. When I look inside (without opening the case) I saw the ram sticks are both disconnected and just laying around. I opened the case, plugged them in (its an ITX board with 2 slots, so there are no mistakes in plugging them in), I powered it and all the fans are spinning (gpu fan, cpu cooling fan, PSU fan, and another exhaust fan connected to the MOBO) but nothing happens....

Chosen Solution Battery not charging roseofsharon that is not a lot of information. If your computer turns on when connected to the AC adapter, then it is most likely your battery has failed. Replace the batteries and then re-evaluate.
Chosen Solution I’ve got a water damaged Sony a2, that’s the Japanese version of this phone. It’s been water damaged due to use in the shower. The phone seems a bit buggy apart from short battery life but I think this may be due to a broken power button. Is it worth trying to fix or will the water damage effect other areas? (the board designation for the component is MOV1). It protects the equipment from overcurrent situations by shunting it away, but if you apply too much voltage (assume you plugged 240V into it) then it will blow as this is too much The hard part will be to get the correct value replacement....

Chosen Solution Hello, I put a new battery in a SP4. While plugged in, the SP4 will turn on, boot, run fine. It shows 16% battery, never more, never less. If I unplug from charger, the surface turns off instantly and does not turn back on until plugged back in. Can someone guide me in what to do here? @focusedtech either a bad battery or issues with your charging circuitry. Replace the battery with your old one and see if that behavior is now different....
Chosen Solution Hi all, I got a ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard with 16GB of ram. I am using AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor. Also I got 16GB (2x8) of RAM memory. Model of the RAM: HyperX Predator HX430C15PB3K2 I checked the site of ASRock and the memory should work with this motherboard. Yes it is, but in Windows it is showing 16GB and only 8GB usable. I tried setting the MHz to 3000 but still the same issue....

But sometimes, if I type my normal speed, it skips tons of letters and changes those words to others that were nothing like the one I was typing. It is SO frustrating. Chosen Solution Whatever tape I put in teddy he will not stop moving his eyes and mouth until the tape has stopped rotating. If its an original 1984 teddy ruxpin, you have to use his exact WOW tapes, they will say Teddy Ruxpin on them, if your using any other tapes it could trigger the servos to move rapidly. If you are using Teddys WOW tapes, it could either be that the tape is messed up/stretched, or that the servos are out of sync, due to wrong signals from the cassette deck, (like having dents in the pinch roller)....

Chosen Solution Hi! I spilled cordial on my Mac a few days ago and after a fix at the computer shop I ran a self-diagnostic just to make sure everything was ok. NDC001, PPN001 and PFM006 all showed up, and the technicians did say the fan would be loud occasionally and they installed some new software relevant to it (I’m not overly sure what). It was a £135 fix, and they cleaned up the spill and installed the software....
