Chosen Solution I have a note 5 that has never been water damaged and never seen any condensation at all, I have only used the original power adapter and USB cable that came with the phone, and a few days ago the Note 5 died and would not turn back on. Left it on the charger for a while and still would not give any indication of charging or any signs of life at all....

Originally he bought it and messaged me saying it was completely dead, I went to his house and tried a different wire and then he told me to change the battery anyway as it was draining fast. I changed the battery and the same thing happened again except the other wire didn’t think this, I disconnected/reconnected the battery and it turned on (with 80%+ battery) so I am thinking maybe it wasn’t connected right....

I recently changed the usb c port on the Mac as well. It charges when plugged into the dongle but not when just the power cable is. What could be the problem? I solved the problem. SMC reset. Only the top portion got wet and i dried it off as best as possible. Chosen Solution When plugging in my power cable, I can hear electrical arcing. When the plug is moved, it stops in certain positions. I then hear two quite internal beeps. I assume an internal power signal. After the arcing has happened, the Xbox won’t turn on for several minutes. I assume it’s gone into some surge protection mode. When pressing the top right part of the screen then an action similar to the power button as it locks or unlocks the phone. I have not encountered similar problem prior. Hi, That typically means that the battery is completely shot. The system basically sees the device with no battery attached. That’s why it will die immediately if you unplug it. I would recommend replacing the battery....

It wouldn’t post for ages, but suddenly has started booting fine: works on battery, charges, keyboard and trackpad work, keyboard backlight works, target disk works, Wi-Fi and bluetooth work, etc. However, there’s no power to the LCD. I’ve cleaned the board connector and cable several more times, but get no joy. Video output works via MDP, but obviously internal LCD would be great....

Chosen Solution Whirlpool wsf26c3exf01 fridge and freezer is not cooling. The compressor and fan are not getting voltage and the thermistors test fine. Evaporator fan is running and defrost circuit is good. What else would prevent voltage from being applied to compressor circuit? @bcaine run the diagnostics test for this model. I also include the wiring diagram. Right now it sounds like your “high voltage board” but try the diagnostics first....
