We would need the complete model number and what you have checked etc. For the Panasonic TV’s teh 9 blink error code is usually generate by “communication error between panel MPU and SYS-MPU” Most common failure for that is from the A-board (main board). As you see it can get pretty involved....
Chosen Solution My washer used to make a noise when it stopped spinning and would stop very quickly. Now it just keeps going untill it slows down to a stop. The part that spins also moves around while it’s washing like it’s loose. What causes this? Is there some kind of breaking system that needs replaced? @janeelaine88 that depends on what model your washer is. Most of those actually have a brake/clutch and if the lining is starting to wear you get symptoms like your washer....
Chosen Solution This happened a couple weeks back when I noticed my joystick had drift, naturally I grabbed my WD-40 Contact cleaner, took the battery out and sprayed a lot on there, then I used my air duster to dry it called it a day, put the battery back in and loaded up blade and sorcery but I noticed my x button didn’t work however the capacitive touch center still worked for it....

Chosen Solution My right speaker is not putting out sound. The left speaker is working but sounds very tinny. I am guessing the subwoofer is not working either as the sound is so thin. I tried replacing right and left speakers and the subwoofer, but everything is the same. The connections all seemed to be secure. I don’t think it is a software issue. Chosen Solution The phone was in an otter box in my bag and was hit by a wave. Took it out of the bag and otter box the phone was still on the screen turned black and the phone got hot. Put the vaccume cleaner suction to the speakers on the bottom for a second or 2. let it sit for 2 weeks. tried to turn on and nothing removed the SIMs card no visual damage....

Picture is almost visible, but not able to actually see anything. @chongo rom the brief description you are giving it sounds like a bad backlight. this is usually connected to a bad power supply board. You do want to give us your TV’s complete model number. Also, remove the back of the TV (after you unplug it) and take a look at the boards....
Chosen Solution Hi there, I’m considering buying a second hand PS4 SLIM that it’s stuck on black screen after the PS logo, but is not turning off by itself (blue light). The PS4 goes into safe mode, but the reset/update/anything do not do anything on the PS4. As soon as you do it, it comes again into black screen with blue light after the PS LOGO. but still on. I readed in some forums that people with the same symptoms on their PS4 were caused by the hard drive unit....

The rolls should turn trying to feed paper when you click on scan. If they are not rolling make sure communication is active between computer and scanner. Chosen Solution My screen is black but the bottom return buttons seem to still light up. But still have no picture Hold power + volume down + home for 10-15 seconds. Then try turning on the phone again. Sounds like a bad screen, if it lost display after drop then it’s bad screen.
Chosen Solution on my coby kyros tablet there is no crack on the outside of my tablet but when i turn it on it lights up and it is has 3 cracks in it this is an answer to an old question for completion sake. 7 years later and we still have questions similar to this. The reason while you see the cracks when your tablet turns on , is because the crack affects only the LCD....

I don’t know where to take it to get it fixed. help! @katarina_girl98 this could be a bad battery or a bad charging port .A repair of the port would require you to disassemble your tablet, and to (most likely) de-solder the old port and replace it with a new one. Sometimes, it is just the solder that has come loose and might be fixable by just re-soldering....
Chosen Solution it is a Bosch and the SHE43RL5UC/64 FD921100659 The model and serial numbers are on the door that is against a cabinet so I can’t read any of the other numbers not sure if these numbers help. my top control panel came off. the 2 plastic side pieces broke off, thus the top switch panel came off. I have a new top panel but need to get the 2 plastic broken pieces out....
