Chosen Solution My 2Ds works completely fine but only when it’s standing up completely straight. It won’t even charge when laying down. When it’s tilted at all it shuts itself down. No water damage. Help?? My guess: There’s a screw inside that worked its way loose. When the 2DS is upright it’s fine, but when laying down it shifts just a tiny bit and creates a short circuit which shuts the whole thing down....

Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6 which had a working lcd display but the digitizer was failing on it so I performed a screen replacement (install new lcd + digitizer assembly) which I have done many many times on this model iphone. I took the screen off and transferred everything to the new screen and reconnected the battery then before snapping the phone back together (I did not reinstall the shield plate over the ribbon cables yet) I plugged the phone into a charger....
Chosen Solution Whenever I turn on my PS4 it makes a loud noise, and after a bit of use the noise gets gradually louder until the whole thing turns off completely. The PS4 turns off at random times, one time it turned off after 7 seconds of it being on, another time it turned off after around 30 minutes of playtime, but it never exceeded that. I suggest that you keep your eyes open for a broken TV (same model but broken other than the screen) and get that one (craigslist and ebay are good choices) and harvest the screen from it....

Chosen Solution So I replaced my iPhone battery and I used a metal tool to disconnect the battery and got a small spark, now I restored it with iTunes and the touch is not responding. The display looks perfect and has no visible artifacts. Update (08/29/2022) It randomly rebooted and now it works. The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are notorious for touch disease where the touch IC become damaged or solder cracks and results in intermittent touch, no touch, or ghost touching....
Chosen Solution Seeing as the old screen had touch before replacement I’m wondering if by not disconnecting the battery caused a short somewhere. I know in the case of some phones like the 6S you can blow the back light circuit if you don’t disconnect the battery and accidentally short a couple lines when you connect the new screen resulting in no image. If you can, get a local shop to look at it if they have a screen in stock just to narrow out the potential for a bad screen....
