Chosen Solution I have tried to restart, unplug, (in safe mode) reboot database, and initialize my PS4 but no matter what I try.. it’ll turn on, I’ll get the PS4 logo then it will go to a blank screen. It’s not completely black..but it’s like nothing will pop up on the screen. I’ve left it for hours and it’ll just stay on the screen. The proximity sensor kicks in and the screen goes black (like it should) but after the call it remains black and unresponsive to any buttons.
