Chosen Solution I want to be able to use my 1/4” bits with the precision drivers I have. I’ve looked locally but couldn’t find such a thing. The piece I need could be either a female to female 1/4” hex since I already can adapt my precision shank to a 1/4” shank, or, preferably, I would like to go directly from a 4mm shank to a female 1/4” hex or even a chuck that could work with 1/4” bits would be kind of ok....
Chosen Solution My printer is saying that my ink cartridge isn’t compatible when it’s the same number that’s on the original cartridge Samsung cartridges have a built-in chip to “manage” the number of prints it has made and to alert when toner gets low. Clone cartridges may miss that and become “incompatible”. I have had no problem with lower priced iCAN cartridges from Canada Computers, but had this problem with another “refill” in the past....
Chosen Solution My Epson Workforce WF-7610 is printing blurred lines horizontally across the page, i performed a horizontal head alignment print and every lower box has the top half completely blurred and faded. I’ve run the printer head clean a few times but no joy. Anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this? Many thanks, HAve you tried cleaning the ink? Remove the cartrage and using 99% or 91% Rubbing Alchocol clean the part where the ink comes out and the contacts....
Chosen Solution Hi! I followed the teardown and changed my whole screen frame and now the phone is not charging. It boots but stays a 0% also once i force it to boot and it shows lock screen it automatically shuts off. Did i damage the battery or not connect the charging decide correctly? Thanks The teardowns are not meant to be followed as repair guides, so you may have disconnected something in the process....
Chosen Solution I have a PS4 (1215 model). It reads discs fine but the eject button on the console doesn’t work ( can use the software menu to eject discs though). I also touched the copper contact inside the console but there’s no response. Any tips on how to fix this? Check the cable that comes from the eject daughterboard to see if it’s damaged, not plugged in or connectors on either side of the boards damaged....

Chosen Solution No cracks or marks on the screen. i believe some ribbon cable couldve came loose. Touchscreen is absolutely unresponsive. I have seen an iphone x have a short on this line before PP5V25_TOUCH_VDDH this stopped it from having touch short will need to be removed. It will need to be taken into a Micro Solderer to be repaired. Even though your Digitizer is not cracked you may have damaged it beyond novice repair when you dropped it....
Chosen Solution Hi,One thing for sure this is not driver software issue, i recently bought this USB Charger Outlet, and Plug into the speaker USB onto the outlet, suddenly my Speaker let out some static noise, but i can still hear music, so i plug off the usb then insert again. If the light goes out immediately it sounds like your powersupply is failing. I guess the device is not under warranty? Depending on your skillset, replacing the (small) capacitors on your powersupply is the first way to go (some might be bulged or have some visible damage....

Chosen Solution I replaced the battery with an ifixit battery. The battery showed 4% charge. I plugged it in and the charging icon lit. The battery kept discharging until the phone shut off. The battery won’t charge. When the phone is powered up thru a lightning cable the apple logo cycles on and off. The phone doesn’t turn on. I swapped the batteries between two 5 phones - the problem phone and a working phone....
Chosen Solution My phone dropped in the water about 1 week ago. Soon I opened it and dried with cold hairdryer the mater board and all the contacts. After 3 4 hours a tried to switch on and it worked fine. After about 3 days during the night the phone switched off. I did not know why. When I tried to charge it the phone showed the dock was connected but did not charge the battery....
Chosen Solution My Xbox took a fall the other day, there was no disk in, but now it won’t display anything. It will make the turn on sounds and the button will light up. But that is it. I thought maybe if I took it out I might be able to spot something obvious any ideas what to check first? The problem will most likely be witht the GPU unseated properly after the drop....

Chosen Solution Our son plugged in our (US, 110V ) treadmill when we moved to France. A strong burning smell followed and the treadmill no longer works. It the motor ruined? Or is it possible that the burning smell indicates something that burned out (say a protection devise) before the motor was affected? Chosen Solution My Bluboo X550 is almost new, but today it fell from 3ft on the ground. Afterwards, the bottom part of the digitizer didn´t work anymore. I googled that and found out, that the LCD flex cable could be loose. This may further damage your phone. The next thing to do is to clean it. Disassemble your phone using this video. You must remove all the EMI shields of the logic board....
