Chosen Solution I have a iPhone 5 which do the following: If I remove the battery and charge it outside the iphone, the iphone is working but is getting VERY hot during usage and often shows a “overheating“ warning (it takes 1-2 hours until the battery is empty I would say)If the battery in the device is empty and I put a USB wire into the device it show a apple logo, shuts down, shows an apple logo, shuts down … repeat thatIf I charge the battery outside the device and put it back, add an USB wire, the iphone is showing a flash mentioned its charging, but thats not the case....

You need to let us know exactly what your computer is doing and what your operating system is. If it cannot start the OS then it is most likely an issue with the file structure on that and it may need a repair or new install....

Chosen Solution I am stuck . I started on an impossible job.. Replacing the glass on the back of an iPhone 11 pro max. Cracked the new glass when refitting and decided on replacement of entire case. Received a very substandard item . many internal screws were missing and the charging port needed to have the top part re-soldered onto it from original. I would have returned the thing but was on tight time constraint as client was moving home interstate....

Chosen Solution Well, I added an 860 Samsung as a second HDD with an OWC adapter. For a week no prob, I use it first for storage only, this morning when I boot my Mac I got a message that the drive couldn’t be read and find out that it was wiped out! I was unable to even reformat is using APFS, only with the Journaled format… but if I remember correctly, the first time that I installed it, I had first connected my 860 with USB connection as an external drive to format in the APFS format....

Chosen Solution How can you reattach the small proximity sensor to the flex cable. It pulled apart during removal. if it is impossible to reattach it is there any issues with ordering a new sensor and ribbon? I was under the impression that the sensor should match the phone it’s removed from? It’s pretty much impossible to re-attach the proximity sensor once it’s broken off from a front camera without specialised rework station tools....

Those disc drives are not really available anywhere. Your best bet is to just watch eBay. At some point one will probably turn up but it likely won’t be cheap. I know that’s not the answer you’re wanting to hear but unfortunately, it’s the truth....

Chosen Solution The port has been like this since I purchased it, but the pins were fine for about a couple of months before one pin bent, so I bent it back. Now it’s to the point where it won’t charge anymore. really for bent pins in a charger its either you carefully try to bend the pins back into position or replace the connector. these are pretty decently documented so you should be able to scrounge a new connector....

Chosen Solution I can buy the rollers from Fujitsu, but they will not give me the instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble the machine to replace them. These are the small gold rollers, not the large grey rollers. If anyone has done this, please let me know how you did it. I have a very similar problem with my ScanSnap S1500M. Those little gold-colored rollers seem to be silicone and mine were/are deteriorating....
