Chosen Solution my hard drive works but pressing F10 does not make the hard drive light on the bottom front left corner flash. I have a blank screen and the lap top is fully charged. Can you suggest what else could be wrong causing the lap top to fail? I have been working on a lot of 458 Spiders and still waiting for a response from Thrustmaster regarding a replacement bracket. The cause is due to the table clamp, if you use it on something that is too thin - a glass table for example, and then over-tighten the screw then it actually bends and often breaks the bracket that holds the potentiometer....

Chosen Solution I need to reset the BIOS settings on a device like this. I looked for a baterry for the cmos chip on the board to no avail. I have researched it a bit and found that the cmos chip is a windbond 25q64fvsig and that it could be reset. I looked into methods of resetting EEPROMS but I’m just not sure how to go about it. I have the datasheet on the chip, ut I’m useless with electrical engineering....

Checked fuse on both old and new power board, both are good. Chosen Solution I have a good 12v power and ground at the coil but no pulse. @smitty9448 If the coil is new, teh wires new and you still have no spark I would suggest you check the wire on connector to your coil to see if you get a signal. You will need a tester that can measure hertz. It is the fuel injection computer that triggers the signal to your coil....

However, recently I dropped it on the sea, just for a few seconds, and since then, it’s not working. The back glass is cracked, so maybe that compromised its waterproofing. The display is working, and when clicking on the power button, it displays the “charge the battery” image, but when I plug it in, it displays the battery icon, then the apple logo, and then it turns back off....

Instead of displaying the picture there is a cluster of what I would describe as black, white and grey vertical lines. Apart from this the TV is functioning well. Chosen Solution Everything works except the power button. The trackpad works and everykey onn the keyboard does as well. Whenever I connect the charger, the computer automatically turns on. Battery is connected and works perfectly. If I connect the charger and then disconect it, the computer runs on the battery with no issues whatsoever.
