Chosen Solution I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 that the passenger side window will go down but not up. It is the same with the switch on the drivers side door and the switch in the passenger side door. I have replaced the regulator with the motor and still have the same issues. I looked at the wires from drivers side door into the main body and none of them looked broke....
Chosen Solution Was using my ASUS ROG G20 to play some Dark Souls (a fairly common occurence, and not an intense segment of the game, so I’m certain the pc could handle it) and listening spotify when my pc fully powered off without warning, as if the plug had been pulled. I’ve checked the outlet and the power strip I was using, both work. I have no real way of testing the external power supply (it’s a prebuilt, it runs off 2 power bricks that plug into the back), and there are no signs of overheating/ no frazzled electronics smell....

Chosen Solution I haven’t used this laptop in 4 years but when I go to turn it on the power light turns on blue, has a little start up from what I can hear then nothing. Screen stays black no logo. The two out of the four light at the bottom of the laptop turn blue but thats it. Its fully charged. Any help? Or has it been too long?...
Chosen Solution I dropped it and now the power button is slightly off (seems to be stuck in to the case on the bottom of it) and so it keeps coming on with ASUS and Medaitek screens but then immediately reboots. Any ideas of how to fix it? You could open easily removing the 2 screws, remove the sd card and follow youtube instructions. When it’s open unplug the buttons connector....
Chosen Solution So, first my Lenovo 510S Idea Center desktop had the power going on for 2 sec, then off, then on again for 2 sec, then off. I read something on this website to try removing the “coin shaped” battery inside, hold power button for 30 sec and then try powering on again. Good news is it did seem to accomplish something, because now when I power on it makes 3 beeps at same tone, then one beep at a lower tone and repeats....

In my experience, if the machine is not charging the battery, and not powering with a known-good charger, there is most likely an issue with the motherboard.If your machine is still under warranty, Lenovo is generally very good about honoring theirs....

Device was working just fine until power went off and then came back on what I noticed is that PS4 is not starting and when I unplugged cable and pluged it back in you can just hear 3 short beeps and that is all. Nothing happens when I press power button. Deborah Johnstone in a darkened room and on a channel that has sound, shine a flashlight beam at an angle against the screen. Check to see if you can make out shapes or silhouettes. You can of course also remove the back from your TV and disconnect the main board from the power board. See if that turns your backlight on....

I turned my tv off and back on and now I have vertical lines to the right and a huge black spot to the left. @spencer77 that looks like a failed panel. Could be the LCD driver board which is considered part of the panel or failed LCD inside the panel.
Chosen Solution Hi! I have my secondary display connected (Apple Cinema 20 inch) using an active dvi adaptor. The display keeps flashing on and off. One moment I see my home screen and the other the screen is black. The backlight is stil on btw. It is not the display itself, the display is good and so is the power supply. At first I tried all the basic stuff like rebooting, pulling the power cord out but none of those things worked....
Chosen Solution it only goes on the logo and wont go on the home screen Make sure your battery is charging before troubleshooting your Xoom tablet. Once you verify that it’s charging and charging cable is good. Fallow these steps and this will get your tablet up and running. we going to reset your tablet by pressing and holding the up volume button and power button until the tablet restarts. Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery in my 4s and it’s draining just as quickly as the old one was. It was fully charged this morning at 8:15am; I’ve barely used it, and it’s currently at 54% at 11:30am. Last time I replaced the battery, I could go a day and half without needing to recharge. Could there be something else in my phone that’s draining it? My old battery was also a replacement that I installed less than a year ago....

Everything I was using was from ifixit but that wasn’t the problem, the screws were already stripped so I tried the rubber band trick did not work it kept poking a hole in the rubber band is there any tools that will likely help me unscrew a stripped screw?...
