Chosen Solution Hi, Can anyone send me a step by step guide to repairing the pairing button on a Big Jambox after it has been dropped. The speakers still work with a cable, but the pairing button is jammed and cannot be pressed. Using a plastic spudger or pry tool, lift up the side panel near the pairing button. You might have to massage the button a bit as you do this, but it should re-align the plastic nib to the actual button inside the speaker....

Chosen Solution My phone charges (multiple chargers have been tried btw) seemingly as normal. Once taken off charge however it will drop how much charge I have and will seemingly reduce at an increased rate once in active use. Basically phone says 100% unplug it drops to 90% and if repeated drops even further to a varying amount by a varying amount each time. This is probably has something to do with the battery, the battery calibration, or some other issue internally with the phone whether it be software or hardware, and seeing as how the phone would have to be near four years old and batteries in phones are rated mainly for 300 to 500 charge cycles (sometimes a bit more with the manufacturer) it could have to deal with the quality of the battery degrading far more quickly as it has over 2000 cycles by this point....

Chosen Solution When i plug in a perfectly working charger cord now in any usb port in any device or plug it turns off or drains all the power of that device, charging bases just turn off, socket plugs make a high pitch noise, any other usb device connected to my pc stops working. This started 3 days ago with a single charger port so i switched to another worked for 1 day but now it wont work at all in MY HOUSE, have used it at other peoples houses just fine not a single problem....

Chosen Solution I broke the old cable while removing the digitizer. I ordered a new one and followed the guide to remove and replace. Now none of the buttons on the cable work. I have seated the cable into it’s socket on the camera board as appropriate (I think), and the cameras still work. Any suggestions on what I should try? Re-install the new cable, closely following the online instructions. Make sure all screws and connection ports are secure....

Chosen Solution So just recently my pro keeps making the beeping sound like trying to eject a disk but there is no disk in it. I’ve tried putting some bottles caps to elevate as I read on google that may help. Even took the front cover off and loosened the screw but still no luck. Just tried inserting a disk and it automatically throws it back out. Any feedback is much appreciated...

Chosen Solution I replaced my battery earlier following the instructions carefully after powering the phone back on my Touch ID fails to recognize. Double checked all connections. touch ID runs through a flex under the metal back of the LCD. there may have been damage to the flex during the repair. try a hard reset before looking into replacing any of the buttons or flex cables involved. touch ID is very finicky with apple devices and can be caused by a bunch of different possibilities....
