Hi, My MBP got overheat if plugged from that one port USB on the left side. If I charge through the other 3 ports, it’s fine. Also that USB port (the problem one) frying my USB devices if I plug it there. What should I do?
Did you get your system wet somehow? There is only two parts involved the connector assembly and the main logic board. You’ll need to open the system and inspect the area you may also need to take the logic board out to look on the back side. It’s likely you’ll need the logic board repaired or replaced. For now don’t use that sides ports so don’t damage other devices.
