Out Going Calls Are Not Working Huawei Honor 8X

I just set up my Honor 8x phone…everything is great but, OUT-GOING CALLS CANNOT NOT BE HEARD BY THE RECIPIENT….PLUS there is lots of static going out to the recipient. GOING BACK TO SAMSUNG PHONES

Kelila_16  return it to where you purchased it from. Then double check with your service provider regarding account/Sim card etc.
