Chosen Solution
The laptop got a Kernel panic and now is not booting up anymore, it just gets stuck around the start of the loading bar on the white Apple on black screen. I can’t even load an external boot on usb :( The laptop never fell or got liquid damage. We got the diagnostics software run and nothing looked broken/In need of a replacement.
Have you tried resetting the PRAM? when booting press and hold command+option+p+r until you hear a second boot chime then release and see if it will boot then, then if that doesnt work i would suggest power draining by removing the battery and charger and hold the power button for 30 seconds and the try a boot
