Hi there. I’ve got problem with my iPad mini 3G, yesterday everything was great but today my ipad starts crazy, screen taping itself like a ghost is using my iPad. I tried this method Massive issues after Touchscreen replacement on different devices.. but I ave got original touchscreen and every tapes are on their places. Tried to restore but it doesn’t help. Thanks for any helf.
Does it have a cracked screen if so its the pressure from the glass
sounds like my problem too, and I also have a cracked screen (which has worked fine for some time). It acts like there’s a person or malware driving the iPad, but I think that’s an illusion. No one wants to mess with my silly pad, I don’t think any successful malware would either. More likely, it’s caused by mechanical failure. Mine’s an iPad mini, pretty old, been repaired before, I guess it’s time. Like the previous person, I’ve always resented Apple for making their product so vulnerable.
Hi I just had the same thing happen on my iPad Air 2. I did the reset, it has been working so far ( only been a few hours). You will lose your screen lock photo, wallpaper photo and more importantly saved passwords but that’s about it. Try the hard restart first then reset.
Back up to iCloud, erase (wipe) iPad, restore from iCloud.
