Original Screen Doesnt Have Outwarded Notches Iphone Xs

I have double checked serial to ensure it is an iphone xs.

The metal clips from your original screen is broken of and still stuck in the housing. I can see in pic 2 that the whole metal frame from the original screen is still in the housing. You must take it out otherwise you can’t instal new screen.
