Original Apple Watch Fixed But Adhesive Isn T Holding Screen Apple Watch

I have my Apple Watch working again. But the adhesive isn’t sticking. I followed the directions and applied heat and wrapped it in rubber bands but the screen is still coming up.

Any recommendations? Thank you! TC

I had the same problem on a series 2 and found the battery had swollen and wouldn’t let the screen sit down properly. I replaced the battery and all was fine.
