My 3DS has been doing this since today, whenever I try to plug it in to the charger, the Orange LED turns on for 5 seconds then shuts off. I can’t even turn on my 3DS either. This is the red 3DS model from 2012. I checked the charger for frays but it works fine. What do I need to do? Order a replacement battery? Probably replace the whole thing?
Hi! Was the battery completely discharged when this occurred? If so, try removing the battery, press the power button, plug it in for a moment and insert the battery (while it’s unplugged).
