operating system error and unable to start pc
You should be including what operating system you are using on your computer in your questions. Could be mechanical/electrical hard drive failure, boot information got scrambled etc. If running windows use your recovery disk(s) to try and boot the unit. Not sure if Microsoft still offers a recovery disk option but you could check their support section too. Also check you BIOS to see if your hard drive(s) are being recognized.
