I have a Samsung un32j4000bf I can turn it on by doing a power cycle. Once its turned off then it will not turn back on unless I power cycle it again. I have tried to turn it on via the remote and the power button on the tv. Still nothing, the standby light does not flash or anything, Just stays solid.
Front of the power button board, It does have continuity when the button is pressed. When I hold the button down while plugging the tv in it will either turn off then back on and the tv will turn on. Or it will just stay on and the tv will not turn on. after a few seconds if I press the button again it will turn off and right back on but the tv will not turn on. If it is pressed any more it just stays on.
