Train stopped going forward. Will only go backwards. Son only 11.5months so it’s not been roughly used. We are switching it on and off for him. All of a sudden the train will not go forward. Only opened on Xmas day
If it’s brand new and you bought it from a store that accepts returns try returning it.
Does it need a battery replacement?
