My tablet wouldn’t respond to my touch. The area is on the vertical right side of it. So if I want to press something, I always have to rotate it in order to do so. I know not a lot of people know this brand of tablet but maybe you can give me advice that would work on most tablets. Please help me and thanks!
Since it works when you rotate your tablet it is a pretty good indication that your digitizer/touchscreen has failed. You will have to try and replace it. Since your tablet is a bit off-brand it may be difficult to find a replacement.
