When i use my headphones with a wire the only side that works is the left side, but when i use them via bluetooth both sides work. I have tried changing the aux cable but still the same problem.

Commonly faults like one side doesn’t work or doesn’t charge, etc. means one problem - broken internal cable which connects both sides together. As the charger board(in the right) and battery(in the left) are situated in opposite sides, (also joystick on the left side). All these works trough 10 wire cable which connects earcups and provides all functions. According this, any of these 10 can lose contact so the problems appeared can vary around sound issues, button issues, charging issues and connectivity issues. For me, biggest challenge is how to find proper cable which is similar in size and quality to genuine. 10 wires inside are separately isolated conductors, covered by some paint without plastic isolation. Like simple 3 wire headphone’s cable but 10 wire. So if anyone have a link for such cable, people’ll say a lot of thanks, as i see it’s weak part of construction and could appear often. All I could found on AliExpress - 9wire.

In my case, I just need to change settings on my Mac sound preferences.

the speaker, within the headphones, may have blown out will ned to be repalced, if not you may need to purchase a new one

Got the same problem. When comparing the connector on the cable with a connector on an old cable (that works), the newer one is 1mm shorter, so my theory is that the poles of the connector doesn’t align properly with the one in the headset.

I have the same issue with my headphones Major 2 Bluetooth. And I still can’t find the culprit :/ . Ice appreciate it if there was a way to save this dear piece of hardware :)

In my case the left one was not working, but the problem was inside the speaker itself. It would start working if I put a little bit of pressure on the right-bottom corner of the membrane (place where the wire goes inside the speaker and starts looping). Since that was inside the speaker I didn’t try to open it up and as a quick fix put a small amount of cotton on top of it and put the cover on. Still works for me

I have a pair of Marshall Monitor ll A.N.C. that had the exact same problem. I just went to this website: https://support.marshallheadphones.com/h… I followed the instructions, and my problem was fixed within 10 seconds:)
