So i have the old model ps4 that first came out, and now one of the two USB ports has stopped working, the other one is working perfectly fine though. So anyone knows what’s the issue here?
Usually dust gets stuck in them. It takes quite a bit of effort to get dust off them with a fine brush but that usually does the trick. Otherwise dousing a USB cable in alcohol and re-inserting the cable into the port multiple times may clean up the connection.
