Before I got my current phone, I had an IPhone 5. I’m trying to get videos off of that phone but it’s dead. When I try charging it, it shows that apple logo like it’s going to turn on and then dies again and repetitively does this for ages. I’ve checked the charger and the charger is fine because it works on every other phone. Help?
It’s a bad battery. Sometimes it’s so bad it won’t even turn on. Just replace it or get it replaced. It can happen on different levels. The symptoms you’re describing are caused by a bad battery
