Only one light appears when the charger is connected and doesn’t seem to charge up nor turn on when I connect the Jack lead. I’m confused with what I need to do, as it doesn’t seem the master reset is possible Maybe issue is water damage?
no, it’s an harware problem! one of the pins of the connector charger mounted on the mainboard of the device, is desoldered and need to be replaced or soldered again :)
