Water damage Fell in a marsh, camera got wet. Current operation Camera turns on.Screen is black.Shutter releasesWhen camera is connected to the computer, the blue light comes on but device does not show up on desktop It does take pictures, I just can’t preview them. When I insert the memory card into a reader, there are images on it. Troubleshooting covered optic sensorplaced in ziploc with rice to dry for one weekreplaced battery and memory cardturned on camera - black screenswitched battery and card with othersupdated software
worst case is some bits of the mainboard is broken i’d look at the connections inside of it and attempt to clean the pins, who knows there might be some water leftovers inside blocking certain pins , best of luck
