Hi guys, So with this 2015 27” iMac, we get no power except trickle (LED #1) with the old PSU. Ordered another on iFixIt and now I get LED’s 1+2 and fan spin when I turn on the machine but NO chime and NO video. Could we be looking at both a PSU and a logic board issue?
Sadly, its looking like that ;-{ Sounds like your system got hit from a surge or lightning strike. Most likely it came through your Ports (USB, TB or Ethernet) Do you have a good surge suppressor and are all of the systems peripherals plugged into the surge suppressor? Is your Ethernet hub cable router likewise on a surge suppressor? If you can swing it, I do recommend a good UPS.
