Chosen Solution
I have a Officejet Pro 6968 series printer. It is not printing in black. I put in a new black HP cartridge. The color appears to be ok. I have tried to copy something and get a blank page. I have tried to print and nothing except color comes out. I have tried several cleanings and alignment. The printer doesn’t print in black.
Ive had a different printer from HP have the same issue. Maybe the ink absorber is full?
