The duplicator cartridge is jamming on 2-side printing on my Office Pro 8600? Replaced the CM751-60180 cartridge & still making a thumping sound and still jamming?
Check the paper path rollers for bits of paper or paper dust, the rollers can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt and oils. Remove the duplexer module from the rear and check for dirty rollers or missing rollers.
