no display and not turning on

Hi, Try a power refresh and check if that resolves the problem Disconnect the charger from the laptop if connected. Remove the battery from the laptop. Press and hold the laptop’s power on button for 30 seconds and then release. This will dissipate any residual charge on the motherboard that may be holding any corrupted BIOS settings that may be preventing a normal start. The BIOS will be reset back to its’ factory default values. Reinsert the battery into the laptop. Reconnect and switch on the charger. Turn on the laptop and check if it starts OK. If it does there may be a message regarding the date and time is incorrect. This is normal. After the date and time have been corrected the message won’t appear the next time the laptop is started.
