Hello, I’ m facing the following problem: Using both Mac OS (10.6.8) and Windows 10, the buttons of numbers (1234567890) often stuck. In windows, when I press 5 or 0 then the other numbers unlock and for a few minutes I can continue to write numbers with no problem. In Mac OS, it works only the 0 without any other trick. Thanks in advance!
I found a solution: When I hold down for 5sec all of the keys at the same time (1-9), the problem gets solved. Does this mean that is a hardware issue?
