hello im using SHS-P718 samsung smart door lock since last night can not open the door anymore not open window of fingerprint and even number just show less than 1sec and then can not press anything so once open from inside, the door handles is heavy and keep beeping tried to call support but today is closed any one know what’s problem this … thanks a lot
If the Samsung SHS-P718 external body is not responsive, and you are locked out, we would usually do one of the following in the order of convenience: Poke the reset pin hole just above the external door handle. The pin hole is located with in between the two horizontal 9v battery terminals. This will re-start the lock and if luck is on your side, meaning it is a temporary glitch, it will resolve the issue. apply a 9V battery to the terminals (assuming it is a very low battery lock condition)try to locate the mechanical override key to open the lock (we assume that one has forgotten all about the keys)
When the door is harder to open it is in child lock mode. Press the double lock button and try opening it again
