Hey guys, has anyone taken apart and reaplace/repair the motors (and if possible, the encoder) on the WowWee MiPosaur toy? I’m doing this because I notice the wheel (on the left) tends to get stuck and sound really squeaky. I already have taken apart the toy, but I can’t seem to find the motor (and encoder if possible) that it uses Photo of the motor

Hi, I had a similar problem with a MiPosaur and managed to fix it, at least temporarily. I took the white “gearbox” in your picture apart and saw a gear had migrated on the motor shaft. I pushed it back into position and the robot works much better.

The motor is that metal thing that is conected with a blue wire and another that i can#t see

If the black piece attached to the motor axle is loose, this could be a cause for the problem, as I had this problem, but upon comparing gearboxes with an undamaged part, that is something I noticed.
