Chosen Solution
I accidentally stepped on my Alcatel tablet,screen is not cracked but it has streaking colored lines and won’t fully react to touch. I touch the screen and can see some parts for a few second and then it starts glitching (?). If I get it repaired,will it affect my data? Sorry and thank you Update (06/13/2019)

Pastel Princess definitely a broken display. You will need to replace the display assembly. No, it will not affect your data. It is always good to back data up as often as possible.
