Chosen Solution
I loaded Google CloudReady OS on my old Samsung N130 which had XP on it. Although everything seem to be OK with this new system It is neither seeing the available home wifi nor obviously not connecting to it either. It connects to internet by cable without any problem at all. In the settings it says wi fi is turned off. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.
