Hi, After having my Wonderboom for only a few months, it has decided to stop charging. Whenever I plug it in, the light starts doing the normal flashing, but it flickers randomly. I cannot turn it on while its charging either. Thank you in advance for your help!
Do you use the charger and cable that came with it? Have you tried other chargers or cables? I think you need to get your unit replaced under warranty. I would try the store first then if that doesn’t work contact UE.
